Join us in Sri Lanka to co-create, explore and catalyze meaningful personal and planetary change.
The Planetir Pop-Up Village is a month-long gathering at the Sri Lankan coast filled with the best elements of a Burn, tech conference, retreat, and workation—co-created by us all and in harmony with our individual day-to-day reality.
We are an ecosystem of entrepreneurs, artists, investors, wisdom keepers, researchers, and spaceholders. Together, we learn, collaborate, and take action at the intersection of new frontier technology, social innovation, systems thinking, bioculture, the arts, and ancestral wisdom.
Our guiding intention? To inspire and co-create a regenerative future—one where humanity and the Earth thrive in harmony, with human actions renewing and nurturing all life.
In collaboration with other communities, organizations, and individuals, Planetir acts as the initiator and connecting infrastructure of the village. We provide the hive, you bring the honey 🐝
The pop-up village is more than an opportunity to expand our collective perspective and cross-pollinate ideas. It's a chance to build deep, lasting relationships and accelerate concrete projects that shift paradigms, spark inspiration, and catalyze new approaches to social and planetary stewardship.
Besides work and play, we co-create spaces for heartfelt connection. Through in-person interactions, unstructured time, and moments of ceremony, we co-create both intentional and open-ended spaces that invite deep connection to ourselves, each other, and nature.
This enables spontaneous synergy, personal exploration, and fosters trust and a sense of belonging. Imagine a temporary home where you are seen and appreciated as your true self.
Live & work on your own terms
Join us for a week or stay for the full duration - you're free to decide about your stay, accommodation, and where to work from. We'll provide guidance around accommodation, coworking, food, and activities — and depending on interest we can connect you to others to share the space.
We are mindful that we all have a life and our individual realities differ. We really enjoy spending time in community, and Planetir is all about mutual support for the flourishing of all life. At the same time, we also value moments of solitude, and quality time with family and loved ones. Therefore, everyone is encouraged to take full responsibility for how they want to shape their experience.

Our shared meals—plant-based options and crafted by local chefs—are more than just sustenance. They are opportunities to connect, share stories, and experience the richness of local Sri Lankan culture. Together, we'll nourish our bodies and spirits while building community.
